All Design Work is covered by £2 Million Public Indemnity Insurance, high insurance is available on a project by project basis if required.

Waiting for a fault to occur with your Mechanical and Electrical Services can lead to expensive repair bills. Here at T4, we can offer a bespoke Planned Preventative Maintenance Package for all your Mechanical and Electrical services.
We aim to work closely with our clients to ensure the longevity of their systems, minimising expensive repair bills where possible through careful planning.
Each Contract is appointed a single point of contact for all their maintenance requirements. Let us take the hassle out of organising multiple contractors to complete the work.
We also work closely with many Property Management companies, Estate Agents and Letting Agents and offer services such as Condition Reports and Surveys when clients are purchasing new
properties and want to know the condition of the existing system or whether re-modelling areas is possible with the current Mechanical and Electrical Systems.
