The project involved the construction of 154x new build flats with common landlords area across 4x blocks. The system involved all plots being run from a centralized boiler plant located within the ground floor comprising in CHP units and Boiler Plant. Each flat has a twin plat Heat Interface Unit to provide it both Domestic Hot Water and Central Heating distributed to Radiators as well as has Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems. T4 were responsible for all Mechanical aspects of this project including all Heating and Boosted Cold Water Distribution services to each flats and well as the full fit out of all Centralized boiler plant and BMS System.
