This project was the installation of new 1.2mw heating system consisting of gas fired boilers, BMS and 450 radiators and fan coil units over a 9 week period. The project was within a live college, both blocks H and J were occupied throughout the works, with floors shut down for short periods to facilitate the installation. T4 were the principal contractor and dealt with programming and decanting all staff/classes and ensuring installation was on program to allow staff and classes to move back into areas.
