Harlyn Primary School project was an entire new build school in Middlesex. Installing elements such as heating and ventilation throughout the new building. Underfloor heating within classrooms and hall areas. Air-conditioning throughout and BMS controls.T4 were the principal contractor and dealt with programming and decanting all staff / classes and ensuring installation was on program to allow staff and classes to move back into areas. Gene was the project director working closely with Balfour Beatty directly to liaise with the school.
