The project involved carrying out the refurbishment works to extend the Jubilee toilets to form a new gift shop in theexisting space between the toilets and the Jubilee Café, Grade 1 listed building.T4 were involved in all Mechanical & Electrical aspects of the project andinvolved a great deal co-ordination & management will all others services toprovide a very high standard of work to meet the Palace of Westminster’s expectations. Working within the Houses of Parliament, was challenging due to restricted access and strict delivery regime.
