Working with the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham on a development of 40 retirement bungalows. The designs for The Lawns and Wood Lane include very high levels of air tightness and insulation. Combine these with highly efficient gas boilers and photovoltaic roof panels and the project will reduce carbon emissions by 25% more than current building regulations require. The project has been carefully designed to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes level 4.
